Welcome to Singer Store. These Terms of Service set out the basis on which you may use our website and purchase our products (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Returns Policy, our Shipping Policy and our Guarantee Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. When creating an account or providing details at checkout, you confirm that all information is accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity on your account.
We take care to describe and display products accurately. Colours, finishes and packaging may vary due to manufacturing tolerances and screen settings. Product availability, specifications and prices may change without notice.
Your order is an offer to buy. A legally binding contract is formed only when we email you to confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline an order before acceptance, for example if an item is unavailable, we cannot verify payment, or there is an error in pricing or description. Please check your order carefully before submitting. Orders are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Promotions and discounts may change and may be withdrawn at any time in line with their stated terms. Any promotion will clearly set out the eligibility requirements and validity period. By placing an order you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the full amount to your chosen payment method. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we do not have to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Any delivery times shown are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will contact you to minimise the effect where possible. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Legal ownership passes only once we receive full cleared payment.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. How to return items, exclusions and refund timings are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All trademarks, logos, photographs, text, graphics and other content on the Services are owned by Singer Store Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Our website is hosted on Shopify. Shopify is not a party to your transactions with us. We may provide links to third-party sites and tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and subject to that provider’s terms.
You agree not to use the Services to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services; scrape or harvest data without consent; submit false reviews; or misuse promotions.
Products are supplied with the official Singer UK manufacturer warranty (where applicable) and any specific guarantees stated on the product page or in our Guarantee Policy. Apart from those required by law, we make no other warranties for the Services.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses including loss of profit, revenue, contracts, data or goodwill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business and you agree to indemnify Singer Store Ltd against claims, costs, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will post changes on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, although consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
