Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday–Friday Handling Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday) Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends/UK public holidays are processed the next working day. (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Times

Sewing machines: We aim to deliver within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Accessories: Typically delivered within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Courier delays, seasonal demand, adverse weather or other events outside our control may affect these times. We will keep you informed if we become aware of any delay.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. New machines are supplied in full-colour retail packaging and does not hide the contents. For accessories, we reuse and recycle packaging materials to minimize waste. Packaging may vary depending on the product type and size.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Damages & Reporting

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery by contacting hi@singerstore.co.uk or calling 01923 313050. This helps us raise the issue with the courier promptly.

This requirement does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Risk of Loss or Damage

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products are delivered to the address you provided. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
